Gary began his insurance career in 1983 so his many years of experience serves as a great asset for his customers.  Teaming with Insurance One Agency in 2003, he has helped developed Insurance One’s center for church and non-profit organizations into one of the largest independent insurance agencies serving that clientele.  No matter the size of the account, Gary still believes in personal service and takes great pride in the commitment he makes to his customers.  Gary and his wife Sharon have three daughters and nine precious grandchildren.

Paula Burns, CIC, CRM, Agent

Paula Burns, CIC, CRM, Agent

Paula Burns specializes in insuring larger churches and non-profit organizations and has been in the insurance industry since 1984.  She has earned the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).   Her career began in property and casualty claims laying a foundation for Paula to be an advocate for clients when they need her the most, during a claim or crisis. Paula is a faculty member of The National Alliance and teaches classes to other insurance professionals, risk managers, and church leadership regarding risk management. She and her husband Gary have two children and one grandchild that is the light of their lives!

Tara Coleman, Sr Account Manager

Tara’s commercial insurance career began in 2000 as an assistant account manager issuing policies and managing claims.  Tara was soon promoted and as an Account Manager, she has handled a variety of commercial accounts including church and non-profit organizations.  Tara is originally from Virginia, married, and active in her son’s sports leagues.

Lindsey Lyons, Account Manager

Lindsey Lyons, Account Manager

Lindsey began her insurance career in 2011 as an assistant account manager.  She was promoted to Account Manager in 2013 and is primarily involved in servicing churches and nonprofits and also serves as the marketing director for the agency. She and her family enjoy traveling and documenting their travels on their family blog.
